1. Our Website

1.1Your use of the www.dahabperfumes.co.uk website and any service contained within constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

1.2 The Site is operated by DAHAB (UK) LTD (“we” / “us”). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 11563357 and with our registered office at 4 Rowallan Parade, Green Lane, Dagenham, RM8 1XU. 

2. Customer Information

2.1 You should always check that the contact information you provide is correct before creating a customer account or proceeding to payment.

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining your own username and password, where required to access your customer account (if applicable). You should ensure that you store your username and password securely and that the details required to access your customer account are not provided to another party.

2.3 As a customer you are responsible for your customer account and actions taken within it. If you are aware or suspect that your customer account username and password or other details have become known to a third party, you should inform www.dahabperfumes.co.uk immediately.

2.4 The www.dahabperfumes.co.ukwebsite is only intended for use by adults.

3. Privacy

4. Products and Pricing 

4.3 www.dahabperfumes.co.uk only sells genuine products. We do not sell copies or fakes. Any brand names or branded fragrance names used on the site are purely for reference purposes.

4.2 www.dahabperfumes.co.uk makes every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on our website is correct. However, if an error in the pricing of a product is found we reserve the right to either cancel your order or contact you to arrange payment of any extra sum due or refund any over-payment made by you (as applicable). The processing of an order can be cancelled or corrected by www.dahabperfumes.co.uk at any time up to the shipment of that order and any related items.

4.3 www.dahabperfumes.co.uk reserves the right to alter all products pricing without notice.

4.4 Please note, special offer prices are only valid if the item is purchased at the offer price. www.dahabperfumes.co.uk will not offer a refund for items bought at a higher price when it is not on special offer.

4.5 The prices quoted on our site include VAT and delivery charges.

4.6 While we try and post images of the products and describe the products as accurately as possible, there could be slight variations between the image and the actual product received with respect to colours of the packaging or the fragrance itself. The same applies for the fragrance descriptions. Please note, 90% of the fragrance descriptions and images are supplied by or taken from the brand owners websites.

5. Your Order

5.1 When you place an order with us you will automatically receive a confirmation email from us to confirm your order. Your order constitutes an offer made to www.dahabperfumes.co.uk to purchase the goods specified in the order.

5.2 Your offer is only accepted by us once we have emailed you to confirm the dispatch of your order.

5.3 Product items not included within the dispatch email are not included in the order and contract between you and us.

5.4 www.dahabperfumes.co.uk reserves the right to delay or refuse orders where a transaction contains incomplete details or details that cannot be verified or where fraud is suspected.

5.5 If www.dahabperfumes.co.uk is unable to reasonably ascertain these details or resolve these issues a full refund will be made against the card used at the time or purchase. No other form of refund or credit will be offered nor will a refund be made to any third party card or account.

6. Shipping / Delivery 

6.1 All orders received by www.dahabperfumes.co.uk are shipped from the UK. 

6.2 We will usually delivery all products comprised in an order in one delivery. We cannot deliver items within the same order to multiple addresses.

6.3 All deliveries will be made using ROYAL MAIL. www.dahabperfumes.co.uk cannot be held responsible for disruption to shipping caused by industrial disputes or action outside our direct control. If such disruption occurs, you will be offered delivery via an alternative delivery or fulfilment company or a full refund.

6.4 On the rare occasion that a product is “out of stock” (either due to an inventory management error or the last piece being damaged) in spite of showing as available on our site,we will inform you as soon as possible to offer you a replacement or a full refund. www.dahabperfumes.co.uk is not obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered by the customer.

7. Cancellation Rights, Returns and Refunds

7.1 You may cancel your order (or any part of it) at any time before the order has been dispatched to you, and up to 28days afterwards. Please refer to your Dispatch Confirmation email for the Returns Procedure.

7.2 Where you decide to cancel an order after we have dispatched it, you will be under a duty to return the cancelled items to us, at your own risk. All such items should be returned within 28days after the order has been delivered to you. Until such time as they are returned, you must retain possession of the items and take reasonable care of them. All items that you wish to cancel should be returned to us unused and in the same condition in which you received them together with the original packaging. Items should be sent as stipulated in our Returns Procedure.

7.3 After you cancel your order and return the items, any sum debited by us to your credit/debit card or Paypal Account will be refunded in full. We will notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period of time. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30days of receiving the item(s) back from you.

7.4 If any item you purchase is damaged, faulty or incorrect, when delivered to you we will offer an exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights. If you believe an item is faulty, you should return it to us in accordance with the Returns Procedure. 

7.5 Our policy on cancellations, returns and refunds does not affect your statutory legal rights.
