You’ll find us at 2B High Street, Grays, RM17 6LU, Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm, alongside the original weekly pop-ups across Essex and London that started all this.
We were founded in 2018 by a husband and wife with a genuine obsession for Arabian perfumery, not a business plan borrowed from somewhere else. Oud, perfume oils and 25% concentration parfum sprays, crafted in the UAE — the actual home of Arabian perfumery, not just the marketing angle for it. Every fragrance in the collection earned its place because a real customer fell in love with it first. Nothing here was chosen by a trend report.

Yes. Our parfum sprays run at 25% fragrance oil concentration, well above what most brands bother with, for real depth and staying power. Our perfume oils are alcohol-free, so they sit close to the skin and unfold gradually with your body heat — a quieter kind of longevity, but longevity all the same.

Parfum spray sits at 25% fragrance concentration, for an instant, generous release with real projection — the one that announces itself. Neither beats the other. Plenty of our customers keep both: oil for closeness, spray for occasion.
Our collection draws on scent families found across the world’s most celebrated fragrance houses, reinterpreted through an Arabian lens — oud, amber, saffron, rare perfume oils. Where a fragrance takes inspiration from a particular scent family, that’s noted on the product page, alongside the trademark disclaimer it needs to have. Every formulation is still our own, crafted in the UAE and shaped by what our founder grew up around in Sharjah — not a copy of anything.
Always. Choosing a signature scent isn’t a decision to rush, and our team — in-store and by email — actually knows the collection, not just the sales script. Visit us in Grays and we’ll talk you through the oud, floral and gourmand families in person, or start with a sample and work it out at your own pace.
Constantly. Every fragrance arrives properly packaged, and the range runs from bold ouds to soft florals to unisex blends — which mostly means we won’t let you buy something forgettable for someone you actually like. Not sure what to choose? Start with a sample. It’s a lower-pressure way to get someone else’s fragrance right.
Across the UK. Every order is packed with the same care we’d want landing on our own doorstep, and you’re always welcome to collect in person from the Grays store instead.
We aim to dispatch within 1 to 2 working days, with UK delivery typically taking a further 2 to 4 working days depending on location and courier. You’ll get a tracking email the moment it’s on its way, and our team is on hand if you want an update before then.
Yes. We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of purchase. As a hygiene consideration, perfume oils in our clear and crystal bottles are exempt once opened — not a loophole, just basic hygiene. All major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal, processed securely. Online or in the Grays store, paying should be the easiest part of the whole thing.
You’ll get a tracking email the moment your order ships. Nothing arrived and you’re wondering where it’s got to — our customer service team is glad to chase it down.
For perfume oil, a small amount on pulse points — wrists, neck, behind the ears — lets your body heat unfold it naturally over the day. For parfum spray, two sprays at the same points is enough to get the full richness of a 25% concentration. Layer the oil underneath the spray if you want both depth and staying power. Most people don’t need to, but it’s there if you do.
